IMPRESIND gas radiant heating system, which uses natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, has become an ideal heating choice for large spaces such as industrial plants, aircraft hangars, and stadiums due to its unique design and technological advantages. 	In terms of core technology, the aluminum-diffused alloy steel radiant tube technology is the foundation for the efficient operation of the system. The radiant tubes are made of double-sided aluminum-diffused black-gray alloy steel and are formed through high-temperature heat treatment under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions. The black-gray surface is not a coating or paint, so there will be no problem of peeling or discoloration, and it can also resist distortion and deformation. This special material and process not only enhance the thermal radiation efficiency but also endow the radiant tubes with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, effectively ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system.&nbsp;


	 


	The energy-saving technology of gas radiant heating systems focuses on the efficient utilization of energy. After the internal heat fluid in the radiant tubes completes the heat exchange, some of the products will enter the premixing chamber to participate in the flue gas recirculation, while the other part is directly discharged outdoors. Through such a two-stage heating process, the system significantly improves the heating efficiency, fully utilizes energy, and achieves multiple goals of energy conservation, environmental protection, and reduced operating costs, with a comprehensive energy-saving rate of up to 30% to 50%.&nbsp;


	 


	Intelligent control technology makes the operation of the system more flexible and convenient. The system can be independently controlled or centrally and remotely controlled. The LCD centralized control box can manage up to 59 groups of equipment and can be connected to a computer to display the usage status and related parameters of each device in real time. With the automatic control and temperature regulation functions, it can easily achieve zoned and time-based temperature control, and also has the function of automatic start and stop at set times, further enhancing the energy efficiency and applicability of the system.&nbsp;


	 

According to Clause 5.5.4 of the GB50019-2015 Code for Design of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning in Industrial Buildings, when gas infrared radiation heating is adopted, the indoor design temperature can be 2℃ to 3℃ lower than that of convective heating.
